A machine with three bands to polish the granulated cork stopper. Three bands with three different grains, to start polishing with a coarse grain, medium grain and we finish with fine grain for a perfect finish.
To this model of polisher, an artificial vision camera can be attached to the end of the polisher.
This camera will measure the cork stopper and will correct the measurement in case of variation with the desired measurement. The camera sends the information to a system, this system manages a servomotor that will move the roller that will more or less press the plug against the polishing tape.
