We carry out machining of prototypes, unique pieces, short and medium series and tools. We work on request, according to drawing or taking as a sample one supplied by our client.
Thanks to the support of our technical office, we can program complex machining from a 3D model, thus saving time and therefore money.
Our range of machined parts is very wide, different sizes and various shapes, turned and milled parts.
We take care of the integral manufacture of the product, from the purchase of the material and its mechanization to the management, if necessary, of the surface finishes, thermal or chemical treatments, rectifications and / or various coatings.
Technical and development office
Our technical and development office has the most modern CAD tools, indispensable today and that allow us to preview the final part in 3D and its correct coupling to other parts. It is also possible to check the operation of machines yet to be manufactured, thus reducing the need for a large number of prototypes and other types of tests.
In any case, it is not just about having the means. Our experience is an invaluable addition when designing and projecting any part or machine.
We work to apply the best solutions for each project and for this reason we carry out a detailed monitoring of each product during all phases of its manufacture.
Welding and Boilermaking
Today we can place all our confidence in the use of numerical control machinery to carry out complicated jobs of great precision and complexity. The same does not happen with welding or boilermaking, being still an artisan task that requires the hand of a trained and experienced person if what we want to obtain are quality results. We have extensive experience in jobs for the nautical, food and automotive sectors.
In our boilermaking department we have highly qualified personnel in all types of welding and materials: steels, aluminum and stainless. It also has the welder’s qualification certificate according to Spanish standard UNE EN-287.
Our philosophy requires us to always give our clients the best results in terms of precision and finishes.
